Get Started Once you are ready to publicize your event, we can create for you an online invitation, including RSVP and online ticket selling, to help streamline your event - from generating event lists and to sending out auto-response reminders to attendees. Since we are creating these invitations for you, we ask that you already have the major details for the event ready when you fill out our online event questionaire. You can review the event check list below to make sure you are ready publicize your event online. Please use the event check list below as a guide. If you have the answers for all of the questions in the check list, then you are ready to fill out our online questionnaire! (Just click on the "Plan an Event" button below!) Once you have filled out the questionnaire a AYUDA staff member will get back to you with a draft of your invite for your approval. Please note that it might take up to a week to respond to your request, so please plan accordingly - i.e. if you send in an application only a week before your event, we can't guarantee the invite will be live in time! ![]() |
