Over the years, friends and supporters of AYUDA have planned events big and small to benefit AYUDA. From happy hours to galas, these fundraising events are a great opportunity to have a great time while at the same time raising awareness and funds for an important cause.

Get Started

Once you are ready to publicize your event, we can create for you an online invitation, including RSVP and online ticket selling, to help streamline your event - from generating event lists and to sending out auto-response reminders to attendees.

Event Check List

1. Do you have a confirmed date and time for your event?
2. Do you have a location (including correct address) for your event?
3. Are you planning on selling tickets for this event?  Or would you just like to keep track of RSVPs? See examples of event types here
   
4. Is there a limit to the amount of people who can attend/tickets that can be sold?
5. Do you have an photos or special event details you'd like to share on your invitation?

If you have the answers for all of the questions in the check list, then you are ready to fill out our online questionnaire! (Just click on the "Plan an Event" button below!)

Once you have filled out the questionnaire a AYUDA staff member will get back to you with a draft of your invite for your approval.

Please note that it might take up to a week to respond to your request, so please plan accordingly - i.e. if you send in an application only a week before your event, we can't guarantee the invite will be live in time!
